SEOTrafficBoost delivers exclusively digital services. No physical products are shipped, no in-person visits are made, and no software is installed on the client's systems. All deliverables are delivered through one or more of the following channels:
All projects begin within 2 business days of payment confirmation, subject to receipt of required accesses (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, site URL, and other tools specified in the service description). If the client does not provide access within 5 business days of the request, the project is considered on hold and the delivery deadline is extended proportionally.
Total duration: 30 calendar days from start. Main milestones: initial diagnostic document delivered by day 5; complete implementation recommendations by day 14; final Search Console data review and notes document by day 30. Final deliverables: PDF/Google Doc with on-page analysis for each target URL, developer-ready implementation notes, and post-intervention Search Console data review.
Duration: 3-5 business days from start (upon receipt of accesses). Deliverable: complete audit document in PDF or Google Doc format, comprising technical SEO analysis, keyword profile analysis, content gaps, backlink profile analysis, competitor benchmarking, and a prioritised action plan with expected impact and implementation difficulty for each recommendation.
Monthly service. Initial setup: 3 business days (target URL definition, anchor text strategy, link quality criteria). First month of link building: by the end of month 1, a report is delivered with acquired links, domain metrics (Domain Authority/Rating), anchor texts used, and linking domain URLs. Subsequent monthly report: by the 5th of the month following the reference month.
Monthly service. Setup: 2 business days (tracking configuration, identification of priority keywords, initial baseline). First monthly report: end of month 1. Subsequent monthly reports: by the 5th of the following month. Position drop alerts: email notification within 24 hours of detecting a drop exceeding the agreed threshold.
Monthly service. Google Business Profile optimisation and citation audit: completed within the first 7 business days. Citation building: takes place during month one. Local landing page specifications: by day 14. First monthly report: end of month 1 (GBP data: searches, views, direction requests, calls). Subsequent monthly reports: by the 5th of the following month.
Monthly service. Setup and first keyword selection: 3 business days. First batch of 4 content pieces: by the end of week 3 of month one. Subsequent monthly batches: by the 20th of each month. Each content piece is delivered in Google Doc format (or DOCX on request) with: attached keyword brief, internal link notes, and structured data specifications.
The primary communication channel is email. We respond to all emails within 1 business day (Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00 CET). For monthly services, the client can request a monthly update call of up to 30 minutes, to be scheduled by email within 5 business days of the request. Urgent or out-of-hours requests are handled by the next business day.
Deliverables are considered accepted and approved after 5 business days from delivery, in the absence of specific written communications signalling non-compliance with the purchased service scope. Non-compliance reports must be sent to info@seotrafficboost.com with subject "Deliverable Review - [Order Number]" and must precisely identify which elements of the deliverable are non-compliant, with reference to the service description.
In the event of a valid report, the Provider undertakes to correct the non-compliant elements within 5 business days of receiving the report, at no additional cost. Revisions do not cover changes to the scope of the originally purchased service.
If delivery is delayed due to the client's failure to provide access, information, or responses within the agreed timeframe, the Provider notifies the delay by email and the delivery deadline is automatically extended by the same number of business days as the delay accumulated by the client. Client-caused delays do not entitle the client to a refund and do not modify the amount due.
