This Refund Policy applies to all digital SEO services purchased on seotrafficboost.com. SEOTrafficBoost is headquartered at Via Guglielmo II, 11, 71037 Monte Sant'Angelo (FG), Italy. All services are delivered exclusively in digital form. No physical products are shipped.
Under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, consumers purchasing digital services have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of the purchase date, without giving any reason and without any additional cost, provided that the performance of the service has not yet begun.
The 14-day period begins from the payment confirmation date. If you request that work begins before the 14-day period expires, you waive your right of withdrawal for the portion of work already performed. In that case, only the proportional share of work actually completed up to the withdrawal request will be charged.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, send a clear and unequivocal notice (by email) to info@seotrafficboost.com before the 14-day period expires. The notice must include: your full name, the email address used for the purchase, the order reference number, and the purchase date.
If you request cancellation within 14 days of purchase and no work has yet begun, a full refund of the amount paid is issued. The refund is processed within 5 business days of receiving the request and credited to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Payment processing fees charged by Stripe are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount. The exact fee amount will be communicated at the time of the refund request.
If work has begun but not been completed due to circumstances attributable to SEOTrafficBoost - and not to client delays, failure to provide required access, or lack of client cooperation - a partial refund proportional to the work not yet performed will be issued.
To calculate the partial refund, we prepare a document listing all activities completed, the percentage of completion relative to the agreed scope, and the proportional calculation of the refundable amount. This document is shared with the client before the refund is processed. Partial refunds are processed within 10 business days of the agreed amount being finalised.
Once a deliverable has been fully delivered to the client, no refund is issued. Delivery is considered complete at the moment the files, documents, or reports are transmitted by email or through the agreed sharing system. Delivery is considered accepted after 5 business days from transmission, in the absence of specific written objections sent within that period.
SEO results (search engine rankings, organic traffic volumes, conversions) are not guaranteed and do not form the basis for refund requests. The contract covers the delivery of well-defined activities and documents, not the achievement of specific ranking outcomes. This is consistent with Google's own guidelines, which do not permit any agency to guarantee specific positions in results pages.

We will respond within 2 business days with an acknowledgement and initial assessment. Additional clarifications may be requested. The final decision will be communicated within 7 business days of receiving all necessary documentation.
All approved refunds are processed through Stripe and credited to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Credit timing depends on the client's banking institution and may vary from 3 to 10 business days after our processing. Refunds cannot be issued through payment methods different from the one originally used.
At the time of processing the refund, a confirmation email is sent with the detail of the refunded amount, any fees deducted, and the Stripe transaction reference. Keep this email as proof of the refund.
In the event of a dispute not resolved through direct contact, a consumer resident in the EU has the right to use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR Platform) accessible at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
A consumer resident in Italy may also contact the Italian Competition Authority (AGCM) or other mediation bodies accredited under Legislative Decree 28/2010 and subsequent amendments.
This Refund Policy is governed by Italian law, in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). Where the client is a consumer under the Consumer Code, the competent court for any disputes is that of the consumer's domicile or residence. For professional clients or legal entities, the exclusively competent court is the Court of Foggia.
SEOTrafficBoost reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Modifications take effect at the time of publication on the website. For orders already placed, the version of the Refund Policy in force at the time of purchase applies.
