For content deliverables, we produce documents you publish yourself. We do not require CMS admin access for most work, which means there is no access risk for your platform.

We monitor all confirmed Google core updates and targeted updates (helpful content, spam, reviews, etc.). When an update is confirmed that coincides with significant changes in your tracked rankings or traffic data, we send a written analysis within 5 business days explaining what changed, which pages were affected, and our recommendation on how to respond. Under EU consumer law you have 14 days to cancel after purchase if work has not yet begun, for a full refund. If work has started, we calculate a proportional refund based on work completed. Because all our deliverables are written documents with a defined scope, disputes about what was or was not delivered are straightforward to resolve.
