Please read carefully before making a purchase. These terms govern the contractual relationship between SEOTrafficBoost and the client.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the purchase and delivery of digital SEO services offered by SEOTrafficBoost, based at Via Guglielmo II, 11, 71037 Monte Sant'Angelo (FG), Italy, email: info@seotrafficboost.com, tel: +39 331 635 3409 ("Provider"), to any natural or legal person purchasing services through seotrafficboost.com ("Client"). Purchasing any service implies full acceptance of these Terms.
SEOTrafficBoost provides digital SEO services including, but not limited to: SEO Sprint (rapid ranking acceleration for specific URLs), Traffic Audit (complete organic traffic diagnostic analysis), Authority Links (monthly authority link building), Rank Retention (monitoring and protection of acquired positions), Local Dominance (Italian local search optimisation), and SERP-First Content Programme (monthly search-oriented content production).
All services are delivered exclusively in digital format. The Provider does not provide in-person services, does not install software on the client's hardware, and does not send physical materials. Deliverables are delivered by email or through digital file sharing systems (Google Drive, Dropbox, or equivalent).

The contract between the Provider and the Client is formed at the moment: (a) the Client completes the payment process via Stripe Checkout, (b) payment is confirmed by Stripe, and (c) the Provider sends the order confirmation by email. Before payment, the Client has the opportunity to configure the package (services, add-ons, support hours) and to view the complete order summary with the exact total.
Before finalising payment, the Client must: have read and accepted these Terms of Service and the Refund Policy (confirmed via checkbox in checkout), have provided correct personal data (name, surname, email, phone, country), and have verified the order summary. The Provider reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of incomplete or obviously false personal data, or in case of requests that violate these Terms.
All prices shown on seotrafficboost.com are expressed in Euro (EUR) and include VAT where applicable under Italian and European tax regulations. For professional clients (VAT number holders) from EU countries other than Italy, VAT may be applied according to the client's country rules (reverse charge mechanism). For clients outside the EU, Italian VAT is not applicable.
Prices may be changed without prior notice, but changes do not affect already confirmed orders. Package, add-on, and support hour prices are those published at the time of the order and confirmed in the checkout summary.
Payment is made entirely through Stripe Checkout (checkout.stripe.com), a secure PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment platform. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other Stripe-supported payment methods in the client's country. Full payment is required at the time of the order.
For monthly retainer services, payment is charged at the time of the initial order and subsequently at each monthly renewal, unless cancelled with 30 days' notice. The Provider reserves the right to suspend the service in case of non-payment.

In the event of client non-cooperation causing delays or impossibility to complete the service, the Provider will not be responsible for resulting delays, and the Refund Policy applies in accordance with the exclusions section.
All deliverables produced by SEOTrafficBoost under a service contract (analysis documents, technical audits, content briefs, produced texts, monthly reports, technical specifications) become the property of the Client upon completion of payment and delivery. The Client may use them freely for any lawful purpose.
The Provider reserves the right to reference the Client as an anonymous case study (without revealing the client name, domain, or confidential data) in internal marketing materials. For any identifiable use of the Client's name or domain, explicit written authorisation will be requested.
Work methods, processes, analysis systems, and proprietary frameworks developed by SEOTrafficBoost remain the property of the Provider and may not be reproduced, sold, or sub-licensed by the Client.
SEOTrafficBoost does not guarantee the achievement of specific search engine positions, specific organic traffic volumes, or specific conversion rates. SEO results depend on a large number of variables outside the Provider's control, including Google algorithm updates, competitor actions, changes to the client's website, and changes in user search behaviour.
The Provider's maximum liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service subject to the dispute. In no case will the Provider be liable for indirect, consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational damage.
The Provider undertakes to treat as confidential all information of a confidential nature received from the Client (access credentials, business strategies, site traffic data, financial information) and not to disclose it to third parties without the Client's written authorisation, unless required by law. This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of the contract for a period of 3 years.
One-time services (SEO Sprint, Traffic Audit) conclude with the delivery of the final deliverable. Monthly retainer services have a monthly duration with automatic renewal, unless cancelled with 30 days' written notice. The Provider may terminate the contract with immediate effect in case of: Client violation of these Terms, non-payment, or use of the service for illegal purposes or contrary to Google's guidelines.
The Provider will not be liable for delays or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, internet infrastructure outages, substantial changes to search engine algorithms making it impossible to deliver the service as originally agreed, or political events preventing access to required tools. In such cases, the parties will agree in good faith on a scope adjustment or, if not possible, termination of the contract with proportional refund.
These Terms of Service are governed by Italian law. For contracts with consumers under the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile. For contracts with professionals and legal entities, the exclusively competent court is the Court of Foggia.
The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications take effect at the time of publication on the website. For contracts already in place, the applicable Terms are those in force at the time of contract conclusion, unless modifications are required by new legal provisions.
