Baseline analysis

Every engagement starts the same way: we look at what the site currently does and does not have in organic search. We pull Search Console data, run a full crawl, review your keyword landscape against real competitor SERP analysis -- not a tool score comparison. What we produce at this stage is a written document that tells you exactly where you stand and, more importantly, why.

Strategy and prioritisation

Based on the baseline, we map out what to fix, build, or acquire in order to move organic metrics toward the commercial outcome you care about. Not every SEO task moves rankings at the same rate -- this stage is about finding the highest-leverage actions for your specific site, not applying a generic plan. You get a prioritised roadmap in writing before any work begins.

Delivery and documentation

Work happens in documented monthly cycles. Every action taken on your site is logged with a timestamp, a description, and the expected outcome. You will never receive a vague monthly report with rank tables and no explanation. Every document we send is written to be understood by someone who does not work in SEO every day.

Revenue-linked reporting

Monthly reports open with traffic and conversion data before ranking tables. We track what actually happened to organic sessions, goal completions, and where applicable, attributed revenue. Ranking positions appear as supporting evidence, not as the headline number. Every quarter we run a written strategy review to openly assess whether the current approach is still the right one.

Why documentation is everything

Most SEO agencies operate as a black box. You pay, wait a month, and receive a ranking table. You do not know what was done, why it was done, or whether anything was done at all.

You know exactly what you paid for

Every month you receive a written log of every action taken. Not a summary. Not a ranking table. A log: what was changed on which page, which links were built and why, which content was produced and what keyword it targets. If we spent 12 hours on technical corrections, you know which 12 corrections and why each one mattered.

Because we document what we do, you can verify it. The link we said we built exists. The title tag change we documented is visible in the page source. The content brief we produced is ready for your developer. Documentation creates accountability that vague reporting never can.

Handover is clean if you ever change agencies

After 6 months with us, you have 6 months of written work logs. If you ever move to another provider, you hand over those logs. They know what has been done, what is in progress, and what still needs to be addressed. No institutional knowledge is lost. This is professional behaviour and it is how we would want to be treated if the roles were reversed.

What you receive every month

Regardless of plan or service, every monthly cycle produces the following minimum outputs.

Keyword movement

Position changes for the tracked keyword set, with notes on what moved, what improved, and what still needs work.
