We take 5 to 10 target URLs, run a full diagnostic on each one, identify the on-page and structural factors holding them back, and address those factors directly. We do not run a full-site audit and send you a 90-item to-do list. Where the Sprint differs from general monthly SEO retainers is scope clarity. You know exactly which URLs we are working on, what changes we are making, and what outcome we are targeting. Every action taken is logged and explained.
What this service includes
- Technical on-page diagnosis for each target URL: title tag, meta description, H1 structure, content length, internal link signals, and page speed issues.
- Content gap analysis against the top 3-5 SERP competitors for each target query, identifying missing entities, sections, or depth that Google currently rewards.
- Internal link audit specific to the target pages: identifying which supporting pages could pass more equity and which anchor text patterns need adjustment.
- Structured data review and implementation recommendations for applicable page types (HowTo, FAQ, Service, LocalBusiness).
- Full written implementation notes for each URL, with developer-ready specifications including exact markup, changes, and rationale.
- End-of-Sprint Search Console data review noting early movement indicators.
Important note
The Sprint is not suitable for sites with major technical problems across the full domain, sites with fewer than 20 indexed pages, or situations where the core objective is brand new keyword rankings from scratch rather than acceleration of existing positioning.
Delivery and timelines
The Sprint begins within two business days of project start. The first diagnostic document is delivered by day 5. Implementation recommendations are completed and delivered by day 14. A final Search Console review and notes document is delivered by day 30.
